We’re looking forward to a delightful evening, starting with dinner at one of our absolute favorite local restaurants, District Table and Bar. I’ve often raved about them before, and for good reason—their culinary creations are consistently outstanding! Their menu boasts inventive dishes crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and they always have an impressive selection of craft beers on tap. You won’t find any generic brews here, just quality choices that perfectly complement their amazing food. After dinner, depending on the mood, we might venture next door to Longneck Brewhouse for another round of unique local beers. Typically, we tend to shy away from going out on NYE due to the crowds and general exuberance that can sometimes get a little overwhelming. However, these two fantastic establishments are conveniently less than a mile from our home, making a pleasant walk a viable and much-preferred option. And you know me; I’m always eager for any opportunity to stay active and enjoy the crisp evening air!
